Privacy Policy
Last updated 26 August 2026
This policy explains what personal information NOIZE-LABS collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how that sharing happens, and how we protect it.
NOIZE-LABS is a registered trade name of SCRILLANOIZE LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“we”, “us”). SCRILLANOIZE LLC is the data controller for creative services — visualizers, editing, brand work.
Beat licensing is handled by OneDeep LLC, a separate company, under its own Music License Agreement. If your order includes a beat licence, OneDeep LLC is the controller for that part of it. Our order pages tell you which company you are dealing with before you pay — the page names the entity and changes colour when an order involves both.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name and email address, when you email support or place an order.
- Order information — what you selected, any brief you write, and the licence terms that apply.
- Correspondence — the content of messages you send us, kept so we can answer and to maintain a record.
If you sign a work order
Our order pages take an electronic signature. Signing records, and we retain:
- your full legal name and email address;
- the signature image you draw;
- your IP address and the time you signed;
- a cryptographic hash of the exact document you signed.
These exist to make the signature provable — they are what shows who agreed to which version of a document, and when. We keep them for as long as the agreement could be relied on or disputed. The signing page tells you this before you sign, and you are not asked to sign anything without it being said first.
Audio and files you attach
- Audio is analysed in your browser and is not uploaded. When you drop a track in to read its length or draw its waveform, the file is decoded on your own machine. It never reaches our servers, and we never receive a copy of it through that step.
- Attached assets are recorded as a list, not as files — the filename, size and type only. We use this so your brief records what you intend to send.
- Share links you paste (Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer and similar) are stored with the order. Anything reachable through such a link is governed by that provider's terms, and by whatever sharing setting you chose.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and financial details are submitted directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by us. We receive only the outcome of a transaction: whether it succeeded, the amount, and a Stripe reference identifying it.
Information collected automatically
We carry no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent — for security and reliability. We do not use these to build profiles of visitors.
Our order pages store one small preference in your browser's local storage: whether you paused audio playback, so a preview does not start again on the next page. It stays on your device, is not a cookie, is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
2. Why we use it
| Purpose | Information used |
|---|---|
| Fulfilling and supporting your order | Contact details, order information |
| Answering your questions | Contact details, correspondence |
| Processing payment and preventing fraud | Handled by Stripe; we see the outcome only |
| Meeting tax and accounting obligations | Transaction records |
| Keeping the site secure and available | Server logs |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
3. Who we share it with, and how
We disclose personal information only to the service providers below, only as needed for them to perform their function, and only by the method described. Each is bound by its own agreement with us.
| Recipient | Purpose | Method of disclosure |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing, fraud prevention | Submitted directly by your browser to Stripe over an encrypted connection |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting, DNS, network security | Processed in transit as you request pages |
| Google LLC (Workspace) | Email correspondence | Stored in our email account when you write to us |
| Resend | Delivering order confirmations and signed copies by email | Your order details and signed document are passed to it to send |
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim. If our business is sold or reorganised, information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will say so here if it happens.
4. How we protect it
- All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- We never handle card data. It goes directly to Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor, which removes the largest category of risk from our systems entirely.
- Administrative accounts are protected by two-factor authentication.
- Access is limited to those who need it. We are a small operation, and the number of people with access to personal information is correspondingly small.
- We collect as little as possible in the first place — information not collected cannot be exposed.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
5. How long we keep it
- Signed agreements and their signature records — including the signature image, IP address, timestamp and document hash — kept for as long as the agreement can be relied on or disputed, and as long as law requires.
- Transaction and tax records — retained as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Support correspondence — kept while it remains useful for supporting you, then deleted.
- Server logs — retained on our provider's standard schedule, then discarded.
- Audio you analysed in the browser — never held at all, because it never reached us.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where we relied on it.
To exercise any of these, email support@noize-labs.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for asking.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you use this site from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy law may differ from that of your own country.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
